GasHub to Deliver LNG Storage and Regasification System forRolls-Royce Seletar Campus

SINGAPORE, 27 June 2025 – H2G Green Limited (SGX:5AI) (“H2G” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group”), a leader in sustainable energy solutions, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary GasHubUnited Utility Private Limited (“GasHub”) has been appointed to design, construct, install, and commission a Liquefied Natural Gas (“LNG”) storage and regasification facility at the Rolls-Royce Seletar Campus in Singapore. The Rolls-Royce Seletar Campus is a key hub for advanced aerospace manufacturing, innovation, and talent development. The project includes the deployment of a compact yet highperformance LNG storage system comprising four units of 10-cubic metre LNG microbulk storage tanks, along with a regasification facility tailored to meet the operational requirements of the Seletar site. This initiative will transit the Rolls-Royce Seletar Campus from compressed natural gas (“CNG”) to LNG and is expected to deliver greater operational efficiency and cost savings. Established in 2017, GasHub is the first LNG retailer in Singapore to introduce LNG cylinder distribution and fully integrated distributed energy service packages to industrial users in Singapore with a vision to do the same for Southeast Asia. According to a news article1 from the Ministry of Trade and Industry, natural gas is the “cleanest” fossil fuel and will play an important role over the next one to two decades as part of Singapore’s energy transition journey. This project underscores the growing momentum in the adoption of LNG as a more sustainable and cost-effective fuel source for industrial applications and reinforces GasHub’s position as a trusted partner in integrated LNG solutions.

“We are excited to support Rolls-Royce in this energy transition journey,” said Mr. Bentinck Ng, CEO of GasHub. “This project reflects our commitment to enabling cleaner and smarter energy solutions across industrial operations in Singapore and the region.” According to a news article by The Straits Times dated 5 March 20252 , Singapore would reduce emissions from 58.59 million tonnes carbon dioxide equivalent (“Mt CO2e”) to between 45 and 50 Mt CO2e in 2035, thus paving the way to achieve the target of net-zero emissions by 2050. In a separate report published by National Climate Change Secretariat Singapore3 , industry is the largest energy-consuming sector in Singapore, with significant potential to save energy through better and sustained energy management. H2G has positioned itself to support Singapore’s accelerated transition towards net zero by 2050, via its subsidiaries GasHub and Green Energy Investment Holding Private Limited (“GEIH”). GEIH utilises advanced pyrolysis technology to convert non-food biomass waste into green hydrogen and other high-value, sustainable products, such as biochar and wood vinegar. To assist industries to make a seamless transit towards greener energy sources, H2G had launched its Bio-LNG and Carbon Offset LNG products at the 17th Singapore International Energy Week in October 2024. Bio-LNG is a renewable fuel produced from organic waste to replace fossil LNG without requiring modifications to existing infrastructure. Carbon Offset LNG is a sustainable solution where carbon produced during LNG’s production, transportation and usage is offset through the purchase of certified carbon credits. These products convert H2G’s LNG offerings into a low carbon footprint solution to empower businesses to meet their sustainability goals.
